Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

AVENUE FALLS ships within the United States, including US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few days longer. If there is a significant delay we will contact you.

Rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Current USPS options:

Rates are set by USPS and may vary with destination and parcel weight. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and delays can occasionally occur.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us with your order number and a photo where relevant. Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt, or within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date for a parcel lost in transit. Claims that are an error on our part are covered at our expense.
